COMPUTER BASED TRAINING SYSTEMS

Computer Based Training System (CBTS) is a training program supported by visual and audio objects in a computer environment. CBTS offers an interactive learning environment combined with advanced visual aids to be used for individual and collective trainings. Interactive multimedia environment supports both training of the trainees under the supervision of instructor and individual training. Various communication tools such as high-resolution 2D graphics, realistic simulated 3D animations, audio lecturing synchronous with the animations on the screen are used to increase trainee participation to training.

  • The left monitor prepared for the class environment contains the principal training elements while the right monitor contains the supporting training elements.
  • Users can perform search in the training curriculum.

  • Each trainee can be offered a consistent and standard training free from the instructor skills and experience,

  • Differences in learning caused by individual needs, speed, capacity and perceptions of trainees are eliminated.
